Better than factory original
Our kitchenaid rinse aid cap fell off and melted on the heating element like all other reviewers'. This new one fits tighter than the original one and will hopefully stay in place. It arrived very quickly. The price here is significantly less than the manufacturer's price.
Just what was needed
This cap was the correct replacement for a missing cap, appears to never have been installed. Delivered quickly. Works as desired, needed to drain the reservoir of water that collected since there was no cap, once empty there was a level indicator, and was able to refill the cup.
OEM part
This part was the exact replacement for my Whirlpool dishwasher model #GU2500XTPT6. The part number changed over the years but the part is the same.
