I mistakenly threw out my oriiginal cap when replacing the filters. Bought this one based on the part number from the fridge's manual, and this is perfect.
OK, but pricey!
Works fine, but I'm not sure why it's so expensive. It's molded plastic and comes without any fancy packaging (just a plastic bag). The used fridge we bought was missing this part so we had to replace it to get filtered water...someone is making out like a bandit!
