Great coffee maker!
Love this coffee maker. Great that it makes 14 cups of delicious coffee. I don't use the scoop it came with, makes weak coffee. Be careful if you select the 1-4 cup brew and medium heat setting - the coffee maker will boil your coffee. I suggest making at least 6 cups or transferring your coffee to a carafe immediately.
Great Coffemaker
This is my 2nd time buying the Cuisinart Brew Central. The first one served me well but finally needed to be replaced. It makes the best coffee! So this time I went for the larger size- 14 cup. I love the automatic shut-off feature and the temperature selection for the warming plate.
Love it!
After my much loved Melitta bit the dust, I was so depressed, I loved that machine. Since the model I had is no longer made, I had to find something new. Honestly, I didn't think I'd find one I like nearly as much as the Melitta.
I was a bit skeptical about this machine, but so far I've been more than pleased. The coffee is so good! And I love being able to adjust the keep warm time, as well as the temperature. It was easy to figure out the programming as well. I usually make 12-13 cups in the morning, and the last cup is as good as the first...which is saying something!
The only thing I don't care for is the clock. My old machine had a bright, easy to read clock, this one is smaller and harder to read. We won't mention that it sits next to the microwave which has a clock, as does my oven, so I'm not really suffering, I was just used to looking at my coffee maker, LOL.
