the item is correct for my frigidaire (electrolux) dishwasher
item arrived ahead of expected delivery date and fitted perfectly into my frigidaire (electrolux) dishwasher. I am hoping this solves the slight water leak I had as many have suggested on various sites. Will see but as for the part its perfect, nothing wrong and a genuine part for a much lower price.
Update: Been quite a few days and this part has solved the water leak at the bottom of the dishwasher so I think its worth the money to just change this part once a year as maintenance.
Just to add the fitting of this part is very easy, you just pull the old one out, straight up from the door as it is open, the push the new one in making sure its the same way round as the one you took out. It just pushes into place, 10 seconds is all it takes honest.
Update this part did solve the leak and my dishwasher is good again, I have just ordered and again received another as a spare. Think I will change it yearly as preventative maintenance.
Fixed our leaky dishwasher front!
Piece of crap Frigidaire dishwasher was leaking from the front after 3 years of usage. I googled / YouTubed it extensively and found that the seal often wears out or gets gunked up on these junky dishwashers. Husband took off the front door which was super easy and installed this in 10 minutes. Saved us from calling a repairman! If we can do it, you can do it.
